Hello! I’m Laura Fogleman, an integrative registered dietitian-nutritionist. I grew up learning to garden and cook alongside my mother who taught me to value home cooking with quality organic ingredients. I attained my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in clinical nutrition from California State Universities. From there, I completed my dietetic internship at the California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco before moving to the New York area where I worked with patients who had significant immune, gastrointestinal, and metabolic problems. In addition, I was a nutrition researcher evaluating different feeding modalities in AIDS patients. I am a Board Certified in Integrative and Functional Nutrition and Intuitive Eating. I’ve owned my private practice for the last six years where I consult virtually with clients all over the U.S. In my spare time, I love to develop new recipes featuring many of the healthful aspects of world cuisines, travel, hike, bike, and play pickleball!
