Grocery overhaul and stock
I will be your personal shopper and show you how to read labels, how to find the healthiest food and how to stock your pantry. Cost of groceries is not included in package price.
Resource Access
As a client of mine, you will have access to a meal-planning resource to help you grocery shop and plan efficiently.
